Privacy notice

This notice explains how Perito Arge Yazılım ve İletişim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Perito", "we") processes personal data collected through peritotelecom.com and in our business communications, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect your name, company, business email, company type, and the details you provide about your messaging requirements. We also keep records of our business correspondence with you.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and provide rates, coverage and technical information;
• To negotiate, sign and manage interconnect and wholesale agreements;
• To send occasional business communications relevant to your role, based on our legitimate interest in B2B telecom partnerships.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and hosting) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, which may involve transfers outside Türkiye.

Retention

We keep business contact data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete it when no longer necessary.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to business communications at any time, by writing to sales@peritotelecom.com. Every outreach email we send also includes an opt-out link.
